Word of the Year: Integrity

Not the moral kind—though that matters, too.

I’m talking about structural integrity. Cellular integrity. Nervous system integrity.

The kind that says: Nothing has to be forced, because the foundation is solid.

This year, I’m not chasing alignment. I’m building it tooth by tooth, breath by breath, one decision at a time.

Biological dentistry teaches me this every day: Form and function are always in conversation. When one shifts, the other responds.

The same is true for a woman in pursuit of health that hold—deeply, quietly, without the crash.

This is the year of integrity.

In my care, in my practice, in my own healing.
